Pelican Harbor

Pelican Harbor Apartments is a newly developed, affordable housing community designed to support some of the most vulnerable members of Huntington Beach — low-income seniors, including those previously experiencing homelessness. This innovative project offers 43 permanent one-bedroom apartments within a four-story residential building. In collaboration with the City of Huntington Beach, the County of Orange, and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), Jamboree Housing has partnered with USA Properties Fund to create a safe, stable, and supportive environment for seniors to thrive.
